Every bed and mattress sold by Sognare Beds is backed by our product warranty. We stand behind the quality of what we make, and this warranty is our commitment to putting things right if something is not as it should be.

What Is Covered

All Sognare beds and mattresses are covered by a warranty that protects you against faults in materials and workmanship. This means if your product develops a problem that results from how it was made rather than how it has been used, we will take responsibility for resolving it.

The warranty covers:

  • Structural faults in the bed frame

  • Faults in the upholstery or fabric arising from manufacturing defects

  • Faults in the gas-lift ottoman mechanism

  • Faults in the TV lift mechanism on TV bed frames

  • Material defects in mattress construction

  • Any fault in workmanship that affects the function or integrity of the product

Warranty Period

Our standard warranty runs for 12 months from the date of delivery. The warranty period begins on the day your order is delivered to you, not the date of purchase.

What Is Not Covered

The warranty does not cover damage or deterioration resulting from:

  • Normal wear and tear over time

  • Accidental damage caused by the customer

  • Misuse or improper assembly

  • Use of the bed with a non-approved or incompatible base

  • Clearance or ex-display items, which are sold as seen

  • Damage caused by failure to follow care and maintenance guidance

  • Commercial or non-domestic use

How to Make a Warranty Claim

If you believe your product has developed a fault covered under warranty, please contact us as soon as possible. To help us resolve your claim quickly, please have the following information ready when you get in touch:

  • Your full name and delivery address

  • Your order number

  • A clear description of the fault you have identified

  • Photographs of the fault if possible

Once we receive your claim, we will review the information and get back to you with next steps. Depending on the nature of the fault, we may arrange a repair, a replacement part, or a full product replacement at our discretion.

Repair or Replacement

Where a valid warranty claim is confirmed, Sognare Beds will arrange either a free repair or a replacement at our discretion. We aim to resolve all warranty claims as quickly as possible and will communicate clearly throughout the process so you always know what is happening with your claim.

Warranty and Your Consumer Rights

This warranty is offered in addition to your statutory rights as a consumer under UK law. It does not affect or limit any rights you have under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or any other applicable UK legislation. If you are unsure of your rights, you may wish to seek independent advice.
