About Us

Sognare Beds is a UK-based direct-to-consumer bed and mattress retailer. We manufacture all products in our own in-house warehouse in West Yorkshire and sell exclusively through our website at https://www.sognarebeds.co.uk. All prices on our website are displayed in GBP (British Pounds Sterling) and include VAT where applicable.

Placing an Order

All orders are placed through our secure online checkout at sognarebeds.co.uk. We do not currently accept orders by telephone. When you complete an order, you will receive an order confirmation by email. This confirmation is acknowledgement that we have received your order, not acceptance of it. Acceptance occurs when your order enters production.

You must provide a valid email address and contact telephone number at the time of ordering. We use these to communicate with you about your order, arrange your delivery, and provide tracking information.

Pricing

All prices shown on our website are in GBP and are correct at the time of display. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors. In the event that an order is placed at an incorrect price due to an error on our site, we will contact you before processing the order to discuss your options.

Sale prices apply only during the promotional period indicated on the website. We reserve the right to end or modify promotions at any time.

Payment

Payment is taken at the point of checkout. We accept all major debit and credit cards. We also offer 0% interest free finance through DivideBuy and buy now pay later options through Klarna. Full details of these payment options are available on their respective pages on our website.

All transactions are processed through secure payment systems. Sognare Beds does not store your card details.

Production and Delivery

Every Sognare product is made to order. Production takes 4 to 7 working days from the date of purchase. Delivery to Mainland UK takes 3 to 10 working days after dispatch. We will contact you to arrange a delivery date before your order is dispatched.

Delivery is free to all Mainland UK addresses. We are not responsible for delays outside our control, including extreme weather events, carrier delays, or circumstances affecting our manufacturing facility.

Order Cancellations

You may cancel your order at no charge before it has been dispatched. To cancel, contact us as soon as possible after placing your order.

If your order has already been dispatched at the time of your cancellation request, you will need to wait for it to arrive and then return it under our returns policy. A full refund will be issued once the returned item is received by us.

Returns and Refunds

We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery. Returns are accepted on defective or damaged products only, and customers are eligible for a 100% money back guarantee in these cases. Please refer to our full Refund and Returns Policy for complete details of how to make a return.

Product Descriptions and Images

We make every effort to ensure product descriptions and images on our website are accurate. Colours may appear slightly different on screen compared to the actual product due to variations in monitor calibration and ambient lighting. We always recommend ordering free fabric samples before purchasing an upholstered bed to verify the colour and texture in person.

Warranty

All Sognare products are covered by a warranty against faults in materials and workmanship. Full details are available on our Warranty page. This warranty is in addition to your statutory rights under UK consumer law.

Limitation of Liability

Our liability to you in connection with any order is limited to the total value of that order. We are not liable for any indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of our products or website. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer under UK law.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these terms or from your use of our website or products will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
