At Sognare Beds, we believe getting your new bed should be as straightforward as choosing it. That is why we offer free delivery on every order to Mainland UK with no minimum spend, no hidden charges, and no complicated processes. Here is everything you need to know about how your delivery works.

Free UK Delivery on Every Order

Every bed and mattress we sell comes with free delivery to Mainland UK. It does not matter whether you are ordering a single mattress or a super king ottoman bed, the delivery charge is always zero. There is no minimum order value and no promotional period to worry about. Free delivery is simply what we offer as standard on every order we process.

How Long Will My Order Take to Arrive?

Every Sognare bed and mattress is built to order in our own UK manufacturing warehouse in West Yorkshire. Because we make each order fresh rather than pulling from pre-built stock, there is a production window before your order is ready to dispatch.


Production time: 4 to 7 working days

Delivery to Mainland UK: 3 to 10 working days after dispatch


In total, most customers receive their order within 7 to 17 working days from the date of purchase. We will keep you updated throughout the process so you are never left wondering where your order is.

How We Arrange Your Delivery

Once your order is built and ready to dispatch, our team will contact you directly to arrange a delivery date that suits you. We do not simply send your order out and hope you are available. We confirm a date with you first.

The day before your scheduled delivery, our delivery team will be in touch to confirm your specific time slot. This means you can plan your day around the delivery rather than spending it waiting by the door.

Order Hold Service

If you have placed your order but are not yet ready to receive it, we can hold your order until you are. This is useful if you are moving home, decorating, or simply need more time before the bed arrives.

To arrange a delivery hold, add a note at the point of checkout with your preferred delivery date. Alternatively, contact us after placing your order and we will update your delivery schedule accordingly.

Delivery Area

We deliver free to all addresses on Mainland UK. If you are unsure whether your address falls within our delivery area, contact us before placing your order and we will confirm.

What Happens on Delivery Day

Your bed will be delivered to your doorstep. Our delivery team will bring your order to your door and you will need to be available to accept it. If you have opted for our assembly service, our team will bring the bed into your room of choice and build it for you.

Before delivery day, make sure the route through your home to the intended room is clear. This helps the delivery process go smoothly and reduces the risk of any damage to your home or your new bed during the handover.

Assembly Service

If you would prefer not to build your bed yourself, we offer an optional assembly and installation service at an additional cost. Our team will set up your bed frame in your chosen room, leaving you with nothing to do but enjoy your new bed.

Tracking Your Order

Tracking information is updated 3 to 5 working days after your order has been dispatched. Please allow the full production window of 4 to 7 working days to pass before your order enters the dispatch and tracking phase. If you have waited longer than expected and have not received any tracking information, contact us and we will look into it for you.

Incorrect Delivery Address

If you have entered an incorrect delivery address at checkout, you must contact us within 24 hours of placing your order to make the correction.

Address changes can be made within 24 hours of placing your order. After this point, we are unable to guarantee that the address can be amended before your order is dispatched. We are unable to offer a refund where an incorrect address is submitted and not corrected within the 24-hour window.
