Refund and Returns Policy
We want you to be completely happy with your Sognare Beds purchase. If something is not right, we are here to help. This page explains your options clearly so you know exactly what to expect if you need to return an order or request a refund.
Our Returns Window
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your order. Returns are accepted on products that arrive defective or damaged. If your product arrives with a fault, you are entitled to a 100% full refund once the item has been returned to us.
60-Night Risk-Free Trial
We also offer a 60-night risk-free trial on all Sognare products. This gives you 60 full nights to experience your bed or mattress at home. If it does not meet your expectations within that period, contact us and we will work with you to find the right solution, whether that is an exchange, a credit, or a refund where applicable.

How to Make a Return
If you need to return your order, please follow the steps below to make the process as smooth as possible.

Contact us first. Before returning any item, get in touch with our team by email or phone. Include your order number and a description of the issue. We will confirm the return and provide you with the return address.

Package your item securely. Wrap the product carefully to protect it during transit. We recommend using the original packaging if you still have it.

Include your details. Write your full name and order number clearly on the outside of the package. This helps us identify your return as soon as it arrives and process your refund without delay.

Send the item back. Post the item to the return address we provide. Please retain your proof of postage as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.

Refund processed. Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will process your full refund. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
Who Pays for Return Postage?
If your product arrives damaged or defective, return postage costs will be arranged or reimbursed by Sognare Beds. If the return falls outside these circumstances, the customer is responsible for the cost of returning the item.
We recommend using a tracked delivery service for all returns so you have confirmation of postage and delivery.
Refund Timescales
Once your returned item has been received and inspected by our team, your refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow up to 10 working days for your refund to appear in your account after we confirm receipt of the return. If you have not received your refund within this period, contact us with your order number and we will investigate.
Order Cancellations
If you wish to cancel your order before it has been dispatched, contact us as soon as possible and we will cancel it at no charge to you. There is no cancellation fee for orders cancelled before dispatch.
If your order has already been dispatched by the time you contact us, you will need to wait for it to arrive and then return it following the steps above. Your refund will be processed once the item is received back.

Clearance Items
Clearance items are sold as seen and are not covered by our standard returns policy or warranty. Please check clearance product listings carefully before purchasing. If you have any questions about a clearance item, contact us before placing your order.
Items Damaged in Transit
If your order arrives visibly damaged, please photograph the damage before opening the packaging and contact us immediately. Do not dispose of the packaging until the matter is resolved, as it may be required as evidence for a transit damage claim.
Contact us with your order number and photographs as soon as possible so we can resolve the issue without delay.

Your Consumer Rights
This returns policy is in addition to your statutory rights as a consumer under UK law. Nothing in this policy affects your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or any other applicable legislation.
